Lovastatin Manufacturing (Down Stream) has been carried out in a dedicated manufacturing block. The RCC civil structure has an area 4594 sft having RCC Roof area in the ground floor and 1st floor. The flooring is cement concreted / M.S. Sheets.

Simvastatin

Simvastatin Manufacturing is being carried out in a dedicated manufacturing block. The RCC civil structure has an area 775 sft having granite flooring at pharma wet area, epoxy flooring at pharma drying and packing areas, tiles in process area. The total volume of reactors is
34 KL. All reactors are made of SS 316.

Vitamin C Block

Vitamin ‘C’

Vitamin– ‘C’ manufacturing is being carried out in a dedicated manufacturing block. The RCC civil structure has an area 7457 sft having a mezzanine floor with M.S sheets and painted with rust proof paint and the top roof is made up of GI metal sheets. The flooring is cement concreted / M.S. Sheets, false ceiling was incorporated in the product pharma areas to cover the utilities.

Infrastructure:

The facility includes a wide range of process equipment that allows up to 100 MT of commercial production under cGMP guidelines.

The production Block fully equipped with glass lined & stainless steel reactors and agitated VAT with a total capacity of 79 KL.

Manufacturing Facility

We have MANUFACTURING FACILITY at two different locations.

The unit-I is located at village Regadichelika that is near Nellore town of India.

This unit is in commercial production since 1994.

The total area of this unit is about ………acres. More than ………….% area of the unit-I is covered with greenery. The unit-II is located at village Kothapalli that is near VISAKHAPATNAM city of India.

This unit is in commercial production since 1999.

The total area of this unit is about 50 acres.

More than 45 % area of the of this unit is covered with greenery.

We have modernized effluent treatment plant (ETP) with equipment like diffusion aerators, air blowers, forced evaporation etc.

Liquid effluents are treated chemically and biologically (aerobic & anaerobic) to the specified standards.
